I needed a place to store all of my possessions after selling my house. I chose ClearHomeStorage off Old Corry Field Road in Pensacola, Fl. Their prices were comparable to most others in the area. The units were clean and secure. Gunnar was always friendly and helpful. Last week, I was able to move my things to my place and he offered his help, answered all of my questions and thanked me for using ClearHome Self Storage. I rented from them for over a year. I didn’t any problems with theft or vandalism. I always felt safe when I was there. They take security seriously. I would suggest giving them a try!

Storage is reasonably priced, safe and secure and management is always quick to respond and able to help with any issues we have had.

Reserved a unit online but called to secure it. First I got the call center. However very shortly after that, Gunnar called to follow up. I was having trouble finishing the sign up online. He offered to do it over the phone. He was very patient and friendly throughout the process. Very knowledgeable. This is our first time using a storage unit. Great experience, even better once little lady showed me how to properly close she'd ? Edited! The new guy is 100% customer sufficient. Between moving out as a single mom, moving things into storage, cutting my finger tip off needing 4 stitches, pulling my glute max to point I couldn't even get ofln and off toilet, still having to move, getting upstairs apartment. Having very little help to get things in and out of storage. Getting everything but 2 items that would not fit in vehicle, the new employee gunner was beyond a helpful and did what he could to assist me, for the stress above has now lead to bells palsy so closing storage was least of my worries l His empathy and understanding is just what this world needs. Besides the fact another month isn't what I needed due to 2 items left in storage that I physically couldn't get, he was sure to assist me in what he was in control of. Highly recommend self storage, and his devine customer service! ?

While I’ve used several self storage places in the past, I never had any thought about any desire to submit my thoughts on how things were concerning the rental unit I used. With everything that the Manager, Lisa did to help accommodate my needs and help me with getting it under control, I had to spend a minute to applaud her professional work and genuine desire to be sure that my needs were met. The buildings and grounds were in good condition and my unit was clean and in working order. To be expected, sure. One less headache while we finished moving. The thought to write a review was because of Lisa. I highly recommend this location for anyone who is interested in getting things packed up and stored away. First off Gunner who works this location is awesome and want to commend him. My review will be pointed at what occurred outside his impact and efforts. I signed an agreement to store my items here and due to the fact that I was in uniform the original lad who helped me, can’t recall his name, said he would toss on a discount due to that and verifying it with my ID. Fast forward to I believe December and I checked my bill and noticed I was not receiving a discount, I inquired on it via corporate customer service who passed me a form I had to fill out to get said discount. This from the start was never conveyed to me due to my thought that it was already verified. Move to January and I ask Gunner to see about applying a back-dated discount. He did his best and did a fantastic job community. However, I found out from him via his regional manager that they cannot apply the discount because the form was never submitted and rather just opened from what their system can tell. While I don’t necessarily care about the discount, don’t want to come across as complaint about a discount or not for mil service, what I will discuss is their system. It’s one this to promise and “verify” a discount to customer to turn around and not apply it from the start, nor to communicate that either. Show’s that whoever was running this from the get go was unfamiliar with procedures in this event, can lead one to think about what else they may be unfamiliar with procedure wise. The follow-up fact is that the regional manage is siding with the fact that nothing was noted in the account and that a form was opened but not submitted. This clearly points to the fact that the manager will side with the biz and not a customer regardless if what the customer is correct in what was verified and done from the start. Bottom line: Gunner is awesome, management doesn’t know procedures, and as a customer, if there is an issue/anomaly with the service/bill expect management to side with the biz and not you. Take all of that into account when looking for a spot for your items.

They lied to me from day one to get me to rent their unit, telling me that my rent( when I pressed the issue) would never go up, so I rented from them. Five months later my rent almost doubled. I moved out! Deceitful people.

Our unit was robbed, that should speak for itself. Things were taken from us that we can never get back. Don’t rent a unit here, there’s people watching for when you leave so they’ll break in. We had a 4 wheeler in there, meaning whoever took our stuff knew the code to get in with a trailer or they snuck in after someone else. Poor security! Overall , AWFUL experience here. I highly recommend you pick another unit.
