Only problem I really hadn't was because I didn't get the bottom floor but that was just a misunderstanding and I already had my stuff in the unit and waited. I wanna have to move it again so. That's a good place, so that's nice clean. Love it higher price than I expect it but it's okay.I'm disabled and I did try to book it online by myself and they were very helpful and I was able to make it work. Thank you

Needed to cut an old lock off the unit I rent and when I called, the lady said that since I had my own replacement lock that there would be no charge. But asking in person she refused to just let me use their cutters and said it would be $25 just to cut a lock. I got my own bolt cutters for $12 at local HD.

Freedom Storage used to be good and worth the $$, but under new management...not so much. The indoor climate controlled units are warm/ hot. Security cameras TV screens in the office not hooked up anymore.The dolly for helping you move, only 1 wheel. Heck, the safety certification on the elevator shows it's expired by a few months....all for the price of $190 a month. That's a big nope for me.

The response is always well we are surprised it's that good since it's that old. Or..we ate working on it. The toilets were oddly closed because of covid? In April of 2022? So going to the gas station while moving was not awesome. Theyre open now but I have yet to see toilet paper. There are paper towels though.

Under the previous owner, the temperature was nice and cool inside. You know you always get hot and sweaty. The restrooms were available. There were plenty of carts to move your items. The new owners bought it and locked up the bathrooms. I don’t know what happened to all the carts, but I always have to go look for one in another building! They refuse to take American currency as payment …stay far away.
