Tanya the manger of the property is absolutely fantastic! Both ladies in the office will go out of their way to make sure things are how it should be, they answer any questions I may have had and reassured me that everything will be safe and is safe. The ladies are unbelievably sweet as can be, so sweet it’ll make your teeth rot. Unbelievable amount of friendliness and knowledge. Tanya helped us every way she possibly could have and more! Both Tanya and Clarissa helped and fixed some issues we had and it was fixed within minutes, they really made me feel like I was top priority.

This has been horrible for me I used to have my bill on the 18th now it’s on the first when it’s Time to pay my rent so every month I’m getting hit with a late fee until my next check. Which is not fair. Other than that my stuff is safe and they keep them clean. And love the ladies in the office very helpful but when it come the prices change it’s only so much they can do.

Has gone down hill!! This used to be StopNGo storage- a family owned business. The service was always great and prices fair. Ever since it sold to ClearHome it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! Multiple issues with billing, facility management has been terrible and the prices have skyrocketed! I went from paying $137 for a medium unit to $279! OUTRAGEOUS! I would rather donate all my belongings to Goodwill than to give this awful company one more cent!

This storage place used to be great as me and my family members have used them a few times while moving. But they’ve become a headache since they’ve apparently changed management from Stop And Go Storage in March/April 2024. My brother and I have had a unit for 2yrs and with insurance coverage our unit was $317 a month. As of May 28, he got a bill for $351.70 due for June 1st, he contacted them and was told the additional charges was a prorate from them “VWSS Firestone Storage aka Clearhome Self Storage” changing Ownership. Although we weren’t informed of any changes, we paid the bill, however, the June 24th bill came for $320.85 due July 1st. He went to their office with the previous bills and the new ones to inquire the differences. He was that told management would correct the matter as it appears the $2 regarded the insurance. While waiting for someone to contact us, he received a Late Notice on July 6th showing a $50 Late Fee for a total of $380. Although $2 may be petty, there’s a principle to business where companies are to notify customers of increases to their bills, but in this instance this place hasn’t. It’s apparent that they’ve intentionally changed rates as they’ve kept going with billing. Now they’ve added Late Fees knowing that nobody’s responded to their sudden rate changes. And while they’ve still not made attempts to contact anyone, it’s assumed that people will just keep paying whatever they says is owed regardless of Our Contract that THEY SENT says. At this point, they can have the unit after we retrieve our belongings. One rule of thumb is if a company starts out by creating issues with it’s customers, they’ll end with financial issues due to its customers. Small changes to everyone’s account is intended to increase profit and the fact they aren’t informing established customers of changes prior to making them says profit by any means is their goal so I wouldn’t recommend this Storage Facility to anyone.
