Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to leave a car in Clear Hime Storage for a year. We have needed to be in touch with this company several times for rental, insurance updates, and a problem (our fault) in properly securing our unit. In addition my husband gave them an incorrect phone number. Through all this, the very kind lady we dealt with has had nothing but patience with us. She has helped us in any way she could. I cannot say enough good things about this business and their employee!

Since becoming a customer in 2020, I have always had a positive experience with on-site staff as well as the staff answering calls. Of note, Tracy (on-site staff - Bwk) has gone above and beyond to be of service. The manner in which she offers caring and considerate service while maintaining a positive attitude certainly exceeds any expectations I could have. She deserves to be recognized for her demeanor as well as the level of care she invests in ensuring that she does everything possible to help customers. I appreciate knowing that someone of her caliber is present on-site, making me much more comfortable with trusting my things will remain safely in the unit. I've observed her interacting with other customers, as well, showing the same level of service and respect as she has shown me. Thanks to Tracy and the various people in the call center, I have no hesitation in recommending this facility to others.

We are pleased with the storage units and the great customer service from Sharla and the other office staff. We needed storage in a hurry and they set us up quickly and efficiently. When work was being done on the property they informed us promptly. They also helped a friend, a homeless, disabled vet get his things into a safe place while we search for shelter for him. Appreciate the helpful and very friendly service. I would recommend this business to others.

Fantastic staff! I worked with Verne in setting up my (second) storage unit. It was an absolute pleasure working with him, as he was very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have an issue…just talk to him! He can solve any issue. I also met his coworker, Vann, as she was driving her golf cart around. She was also quite nice and engaging. Good folks, for sure. The strength of the facility is certainly the wonderful staff. The facility itself however definitely needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. It’s actually quite dirty, with dead cockroaches all over the place. There also seems to be (to the best of my knowledge), only one cart for several hundred storage units. It can take some time even locating it, if you are lucky enough where no one is using it. There needs to be 2-3 carts on the other side (opposite the office side), at least. There has been dramatic price increases of late, so the question of value is always pertinent, and one would expect a much cleaner facility. But, the one thing I can promise you is that the new staff is an excellent upgrade and are really there to help in anyway possible. I think in time everything will be nice and clean.

This was a terrible experience all around. When I first moved into my unit, the gate was broken. The new employee was in their first day of training trying to work the computer. In my few attempts to go back in, the gate was broken again. Finally, in moving out, I arrived at 8am with a crew of 5 and two moving trucks. The gate? You guessed it, broken again. It was accepting the code with the audible tone. I was able to gain access to the gates to other units but my gate was broken. I waited until 9:30 to get some help because there is no after hours phone number. Even opening at a very late 9:30 AM, the employees never showed up. In a bid of frustration, I tried the gate one more time and it finally opened. I ended up paying the moving crew $250 for waisting their time and that is more than frustrating when this has been an unresolved constant problem with next to zero customer support. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with my experience. In later following up on the matter, I send them an email. Since they don’t answer the phone, maybe they will respond to an emai? No chance. But… After making this review, the only way it seems they prefer to communicate, I get a random call from a “deescalation” rep from the company trying to get me to take this review down. She didn’t listen, kept interrupting me, and then started accusing me of lying. Imagine getting a call from someone “trying to help” and end up getting accused of making up a fake story about your experience at a storage facility. The only fair trade as I pointed out to her while being accused of lying, was for them to reimburse the value of my expenses for their negligence. Her response? We would never do that because you aren’t telling the truth. WOW!!! imagine having a terrible experience with a company and then getting an unsolicited phone call from a person whose job it is to rectify the situation while simultaneously asking you to remove your negative review, just to be called a liar and to be informed they aren’t willing to do anything about your problem. Like, why even call me!!?? Just to rub salt in the wound these people literally called just to troll me and try to bully me into removing a bad review. Absolutely disgusting behavior and I let her know in no uncertain terms. A despicable company from top to bottom woven with incompetency.

Worse storage company in the whole damn world guarantee that, I have a storage unit there with their insurance and some of my stuff was stolen from this so called code locked gate and security camera system I've done what I was supposed to do with police report and other documents twice it's been six months or more and it's always they need this and this now I'm having to get a lawyer to sue they don't want to pay or something worse of all the person who stole my stuff from there actually had three different storage units there in three different names stealing from everyone else and putting the things in their storage unit I highly recommend not using this place especially in Brunswick ga but I wouldn't ever use them again anywhere once this is over, when coastal mini storage was there things was so much better but not this place it's really bad and I wasn't the only one either who had things stolen that day atleast four or more people as well was hit that day no stars they don't even deserve one star they need to close their doors warning be cautious if you use this place I'm telling you. I was contacted by someone who said they were the district manager over a week ago she stated the office will cut me a check for my stolen merchandise from their storage then she said if not she would have that storage company my stuff was stolen from would cut me a check hadn't had one word, and come to find out their sending checks to other people I know for a fact this is really sorry on their part I'm telling you beware of this place since my last post before I updated this today that same storage was hit again someone needs to step up to the plate the district also wanted this review down now it will stay especially since I was lied to it works both ways and I was told that my stuff that was put in that storage wouldn't have the same value as it went in not to mention they broke alot of my stuff I'll keep everyone updated till this gets solved and no bother to call their main office it automatically goes to elevator music for about 30 mins and still no one picks up I will say this out of everyone. The infestation usually not able to be seen until stuff moved from unit then its too late. A complaint was filed with no resolution. No way in heck will this place ever be used again or recommended !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will get nothing but excuses from management!!!!!!!!!
