Parked here with my camper for about 2 years. The final time we parked our camer it had a camper parked to our north and a vehicle trailer parked to our south. We left it for 2 months before returning to retrieve it for a trip. We found that the camper had been hit and damaged on the south parked side. I went to their office to report the issue and they told me they have not had a tenant in the south spot for a year. I realize they are not responsible for my property, but they should be aware of their lot and if people are parked in the wrong location. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is Ryder was very helpful at the beginning of our usage. I would advise if you plan to park a camper here check on it regularly and consider the condition of other property stored here. Also roughly half of the lot is for companies storing vehicles and trailers that are used daily which involves quite a bit of coming and going.

For over a week now my access code has not worked. I’ve called multiple times and it is still not fixed even after empty promises. I pay for 3 units some of which also have 24 access. They say I cannot access the units until they figure it out. They have not offered compensation or anything else for the inconvenience. If 24 hour access is offered the company should uphold that by having an on call person that can address issues that arise. Or at least offer some sort of compensation.
