I have been calling for two days to speak with a representative and for two days I have gotten a canned response to leave a message. The service through Clearhome has surely deteriorated over the recent past. It used to be you called and someone answered within a few rings. This remote run system is not working for me! Under prior management you could of always find someone at the office. Not sure it is worth the increasing costs for this aging facility.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE PLACE. I have been there for a month and a 1/2. And last Wednesday my Rv had my gas tank drilled and 1/2 tank of gas stolen. They plugged the hole and was going to come back for the rest. The onlycameras are only one as you come in and out nothing of the property, and no one in the office ever. I have called several times, emailed the corporate office and even called the manager from past reviews. Have yet to get a response from anyone. They do not care about the security and safety of your stuff. Just collecting your money. Wish I could give a zero star.

We rent an RV spot and we went to check on it today and someone had stolen our propane tanks!! Someone had stolen propane tanks from many of the campers parked there- our covers were thrown off & tanks removed. It is not a fenced area for RV's and trailers. Called hours ago but no response yet! Spoke to someone in Denver, Colorado and they assured us someone would call us back within an hour. This is very disappointing! We will be looking for a safer place.

The fence around the perimeter was taken down and is still down for lot expansion and no additional security provided until after the horse was out of the barn. They have no one on-site to meet with face to face when you call it goes to Colorado company home base with no response back. If you are in need of outside storage this is not the place if you value your vehicle/RV and contents.

When William ran this storage business it was great. The new owners are people who don't tell the truth. Told me they emailed me. Oh, what's my email address, they don't have it. Called to pay my bill after I told them don't save my acct information, she says are you putting that on the card ending in xxxx? I repeated that she was not allowed to keep my card info on file. Then she says oh we didn't. If they didn't keep my card info on file why do you know the last 4 numbers of my card. Too late today but I'm calling BBB tomorrow and also the governors office to file formal complaints.
