My experience went very well. I ordered my storage unit by phone and the rep was very professional and helpful. Moved most of my stuff in within the hour. A painless process! I do have 1 comment... for those who have never ordered a storage unit, please let them know they need a lock. ? I had no idea having never used one, got there and realized I needed a lock. Not a big deal since luckily I wasn't far from where I could get one. But could be helpful to others in the future.

Owner and staff are very nice and helpful. Building is always clean and easy to get in and out of.

Very helpful and fast getting me a storage unit. I didnt have an id so they allowed me to get the unit and load my items and bring id later. Time saver.

MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Darlene is the sweetest most helpful person I’ve ever met when it came to storage units. This woman did it all, I wasn’t able to make it the same day I had reserved it because I was moving, and they closed at 6 but I called and wanted to pay over the phone to hold it, she explained that their system wouldn’t allow us to do that so she went above and beyond and let me do it the next day. Normally storage unit customer service is awful and they don’t care about you, not this place! This place, the staff are above and beyond they asked if I wanted water, she let me use her lotions, she even gave me this stuffy for my daughter because I asked to take a picture. the process was fast, and easy, she answered all my questions thoroughly, she was able to tell me the differences between the different types of insurances, the units everything by far hands-down the most amazing service I have ever received at a storage unit place. If anybody’s looking for somewhere to rent and actually wants to be treated like a person, please come here because being able to walk into a place and just feel that positive energy and just feel that hey we got your back and it’s not like a corporate we just want to take your money in your that right there is a blessing! I came in to rent a storage unit, and Darlena immediately greeted me . Not to mention it smelt so nice and there was decorations for the summer holidays! She was very helpful along with Francis with helping me rent a storage since I never have before. Overall, they have both given me the best customer service that I’ve had in a while.

I have recently (over the Past 3 months) moved and rented 3 Uhauls and 2 storage units from this location. The young man I have worked with there is absolutely awesome!!! He’s always there with a smile on his face and incredibly helpful; The kind of employee I wish for my own customers every day! I will return if I need these services and I definitely recommend this business. Additionally, unlike a previous review that I read, I had absolutely no problem renting my truck and returning it with my cell phone. Sorry people, all employees deserve a lunch break. Sad if that’s inconvenient for you. The one time that I needed service and the sign was up for a break, the individual returned promptly at the said time and took care of my needs immediately. Have some patience people.

I'm reviewing ClearHome Storage for a reason. I do not use them for storage, but they are a Uhaul authorised dealer. Every time I have tried to reserve a Uhaul truck, it has always gone horribly. But the people at ClearHome are good people that helped me out. While I was not able to get a truck for today I was able to reschedule and make sure that I will have what I need. GOOD WORK and thank you.

I visited the store today for pricing on storage and Amanda took me out and showed me a couple different units. She also asked what all I was storing so I can get a better idea on what size I needed. Tina also stated that she can help with Uhaul when I was ready to start renting with you guys. By far it was a great experience and these ladies know what they are doing. I would highly recommend using them.

I have had a storage unit at this facility for a few years now and at this point their service has clearly become next to nil. The gentleman that used to own this was rather prompt in returning calls and assisting customers, his staff was pretty much always available, and you could access your unit anytime day or night. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case., you have a much smaller window of time for access and the customer service is gone. I try calling their number, leaving voicemail after voicemail and no one returns the call. In fact when you get the automated message, it reads off a different number that you are trying to reach. I believe they prefer it this way. I have had card on file with them for years and all of a sudden I am getting slammed with a late fee, which should not be the case, yet they do NOT want to return calls to get this resolved. I believe they expect this is how customer service should be. This allows them to collect more money on late feels than provide service, because they know you do not want to lose your belongings. It is also sad to know the pricing has gone up quite a bit, and without being informed. NO problem charging more money where they can, and not actually provide service. What a shame this is how they handle business. I do NOT recommend coming to this facility if you prefer actual customer service.

Before ClearHome purchased this place, it was awesome. Now, there’s zero customer service. My wife, son (age 2) and I got approached by two aggressive dogs (walking towards us growling) on property and when I called the office, I was told ‘ya sometimes they get out’. No apology or effort to remedy the situation. We left that day without accessing the unit. Our storage unit door spring was broken for over a year making it very difficult for me to access the unit and impossible for my wife to access it alone. It was a massive pain to coordinate to get it replaced. When letting the office know that the spring had broken, it was months before I got a call saying that there was a company coming out to look at it. We showed up at a scheduled time in the middle of the work day for them to say ‘oh well you’re going to need a new spring’ something that they didn’t have the part to replace that day. There was another service call nearly a year later for the actual spring replacement. There was no compensation for this massive hassle. If these situations were handled better, I would likely still have this unit. I also wasn’t going to leave a review, but when going to close my account, there were literally 6 or more signs asking for a Google review. So here it is. When closing my unit account there was no conversation or consideration for why I was closing my account. It was simply ‘oh okay, what’s your unit number? Okay. I’ll handle it.’ Maybe I have higher expectations for customer service. Or they really suck that bad. Either way. I do not recommend.
