The number on the sign is disconnected. The number on the website says Yellowstone National Park when you call. After being on hold for quite awhile, a person with broken English is telling you just what you can see on the website. They have never been to the location and have no idea what is really there... I was renting from this facility prior to clear homes purchasing it and was pleased with prior owners. However, the new management and their policies are less than suitable for my renting needs. Therefore, they are no longer where I rent due to harassment and overall poor service. They have gone as far as sending not only myself but other renters rude and plain unprofessional text messages demanding I leave my unit when I wasn't even on property. Not only did they text me, but they also sent text messages to other renters saying that I was late on my payment. And I don't know how anyone else feels on that, but I found it to be an invasion of my privacy. So not only are they unprofessional, they are overpriced and added way too many hidden cost. I have since found a far better facility that offers almost twice the space for the same price, has better security, and has professional people running it. I highly suggest you shop around before you settle for such poor service and business.

RENTER & CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! This place is a joke! My mom & now my sister's storage unit was broken into. Today my sister showed up to check her stuff and her lock was removed & replaced, her personal items were gone through AND they had the nerve to store their items into the unit. THEN replace it with a new lock. We are moving out of this place and if you know what is good for you you'll find another location to store your personal items. The people who own the place & work there didn't care at all. They had an "oh well" attitude! This place provides all renters a CODE to get in, well, apparently that isn't secure either. No cameras and no accountability by these owners. Also if you are wise, you will see other reviews where they also had break-ins.
