When I initially got my unit I had issues with being able to make the timeline of getting there and the staff was super helpful to work with me. The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff are all incredibly helpful and willing to help, which isn’t the same thing, it’s a step above that. Joan & Franz are awesome, they never fail to be incredibly patient with me and always take the time to address my concerns and help me solve whatever I bring their way, even when it’s something I should have known or already been given that information but failed to retain it, they do not diverge from patiently helping. This appears to have been purchased by an out of state franchise called ClearHome Storage. They have locations all over the country and just for fun I called a couple others and got similar results. The number on the sign is disconnected. The number on the website says Yellowstone National Park when you call. After being on hold for quite awhile, a person with broken English is telling you just what you can see on the website. They have never been to the location and have no idea what is really there… Although it shows photos of covered storage, they do not have any at this location. They also have a location in Cheyenne> Similar results
